5. Refunds and Cancellations

All airtime top-up sales are final. Once an airtime top-up has been successfully delivered, no refunds or cancellations will be issued. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a refund or alternative solution.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 7. Network Providers

AT-TAOHEED TELECOM acts as an intermediary between customers and mobile network operators. We are not responsible for the quality of service, coverage, or network issues experienced with the mobile operators. All disputes regarding network performance should be directed to the relevant service provider.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that our platform is accessible 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our control may occasionally result in downtime. AT-TAOHEED TELECOM is not liable for any interruptions, delays, or failures in the delivery of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

AT-TAOHEED TELECOM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific airtime top-up in question. We are not responsible for any network operator errors or delays.

10. Changes to Terms
