8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that our platform is accessible 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our control may occasionally result in downtime. AT-TAOHEED TELECOM is not liable for any interruptions, delays, or failures in the delivery of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

AT-TAOHEED TELECOM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Service.
